What our clients are saying
The care and professionalism we have received in treating our cat Gladys who had a lump removed by Suzanne and the support staff has been excellent and felt they all went above and beyond what you would expect. Everything was explained so we knew what to expect and follow up phone calls were greatly appreciated.
Thank you to the whole team.
I have been bringing my treasured K9 fur kid here since she was a few weeks old. She’s now a healthy 12 yo senior lady & has just had a hydrobath here. We look forward to more dog years with this practice 🙂
So impressed with Kristy the fabulous vet tech who provided an anaesthetic-free dental clean for $204 (instead of around $1000 with anaesthetic!!) removing 5 years of built up plaque/tartar for our crazy spoodle who was fretting and squirmy but Kristy was so clever and caring in dealing with anything our dog threw at her and her teeth look amazing. Great advice on giving half a raw chicken frames for breaky and kibble for dinner and variety of textures toys to chew on especially rope/pull toys to work the teeth. End the day with a wipe down of their teeth with an old face towel and that should keep dental decay away👍. Thank you to amazing Kristy and her prowess at making puppy burritos with sparkling clean teeth!🤣🐶🌯
As it was our 1st time seeing a vet in Australia since we shipped our dogs from the UK, Cleveland Veterinary Clinic spend lots of time explaining about ticks, heart worm etc. Gave the dog a full check up and spend well over hour an hour doing this. Very happy we found this practice. Thank you.
Wonderful first time experience with my 14 year old cat. He had a bit of flu. They managed to fit me in on the same day and really took the time to get to know him and do a full health check (and discovered a heart murmur we did not know about). Well priced and friendly and knowledgeable staff. Would definetley reccomend them to anyone.
